Historically, a kilt was a garment worn by Scottish men of all social ranks and classes. As culture transitioned to the 20th Century, the once humble kilt was reinvented into a type of formal wear meant for a gentleman. While you still saw them out and about, they were usually thought of more as formal wear for a gentleman at special occasions. Though this take on a kilt grabs it by the short draw strings and gives it a little bit of a feisty, or “Naughty” twist.
Traditionally one didn’t wear underpants beneath a kilt. It was generally considered faux pas to look under someone’s kilt. Though should someone dare to do so with this Naughty Kilt they’ll find a pair of undershorts that says Kiss My Shamrocks.
