They often did this with massive armies commanded by Consuls, general and manned by Centurion officers, who wore armor just like this. It is meant to be for a character or costume concept of an officer or central figure holding a commanding rank in a Roman legion, rather than a simple foot soldier.

Roman Armor That’s Easy To Wear

This Roman Chest Armor might look at first glance to be made of heavy polished brass. Though in truth is it made from layers of polyester fabric and structured materials that give the armor its shape. Then the exterior is given a faux golden or brass finish. This is a two-part set, and you might need another person to help you get into and out of it.

We offer Ground, Expedited 2nd Day, Next Day options all (excluding weekends). The price will vary depending on the items in your cart. We also offer free shipping when you meet a certain dollar threshold. Please note all delivery times are based on weekdays. For example, if you order 1-3 day shipping, and order on Wednesday, your order could arrive by Monday since weekends are not included in delivery times.
