Returns
For sanitary reason and due to the nature of the items we sell, unfortunately all transactions are final. No refunds, returns or exchange.
Damaged Items
There are certain situations where only refunds are granted (if applicable with management's discretion)
Within 48 Hours of receipt, any item that is delivered damaged or with missing parts, please leave product untouched/unused and contact us immediately at (212) 627-5197 or email us at info@abracadabranyc.com and we will arrange to have the item replaced.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card statement, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Loyalty & Rewards
WHEN DO MY POINTS EXPIRE? HOW MANY CAN I REDEEM AT A TIME?
Points accrue / expire for up to 60 days from purchase after being earned. Rewards may be redeemed either $5, $10, $20, $50, or $100 at a time. Redemptions must meet purchase minimums. [$5 off $25+, $10 off $40+, $20 off 100+, $50 off $250 & $100 off $500+]
WHAT ABOUT REWARD CODES? DO THEY EXPIRE AT THE SAME TIME AS POINTS?
Reward codes expire 30 days after point redemption. So long as your points haven’t expired, they can be put towards a qualified reward purchase code.
ARE THE CODES GOOD FOR ALL YOUR ITEMS?
Some exclusions apply on custom products, virtual items, gift cards, and some 3rd party items.
CAN REWARD CODES BE STACKED?
As with all our discount codes, they are applicable one at a time only! The maximum amount of points that can be put towards a single reward is 1000. They also cannot be used in combination with shipping or other promotions.
A Couple More Things
Unfortunately, we do not price match and refunds are not applicable if purchased item is found elsewhere for a different price. We are a small business in New York, we hope you can understand.
Security Deposits
American Express security deposits will have a 3% surcharge applied.
