Shipping / Local Pick Up Info


You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready to be picked up. If you come prior to receiving the confirmation please be patient as we are helping other customers. 

Any item may be ordered online and picked up within 24 hours of placing your order that does not include after hours ordering. While we make every effort to guarantee your items please understand there is a chance those items may get picked up by another customer prior to our staff pulling them from the shelves for you. In those rare cases we will let you know and give you options.

We offer Ground, Expedited 2nd Day, Next Day options all (excluding weekends). The price will vary depending on the items in your cart. We also offer free shipping when you meet a certain dollar threshold. Please note all delivery times are based on weekdays. For example, if you order 1-3 day shipping, and order on Wednesday, your order could arrive by Monday since weekends are not included in delivery times.


Most products can be shipped anywhere in the world. They do not include any customs or duties. Each amount is different depending on your country. We have no control over that.

SHIPPING CUT OFF - 2pm Eastern

All products are shipped by 2pm eastern. If your order is placed after that time, you may pick up locally at our store, or call to see if there is still time.

  • All deliveries and pick up are pending approval and merchandise availability.
  • All orders ship same or next business day, Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
  • Contact store for express shipping options.
  • Standard orders shipped may be delivered on Saturday if offered by your local post office.
  • Standard shipping typically arrives in 3 business days. Rural and remote areas may incur longer delivery times.
  • Our carriers DO NOT require a signature. If you are not home, the package will be left at your address.
  • Watch for emails from our company. Check your spam folder, as our emails do sometimes end up there. We may need additional information to process your order.
  • Pick up orders items that are not collected within 90 days of original purchase date will be restocked. Please contact store if additional pick up days are needed.
  • International shipping customs duties fee and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Abracadabra is not responsible for any of these charges.
  • Google local shopping can use code GSHP10 to get 10% off orders applicable at time of order or for future orders.  


When ordering and paying by phone or via internet on our website, we will hold your products for a maximum of 45 days from the time of purchase. If you have not come to pick up merchandise or made other arrangements for shipping items to you by 45 days, those items will be placed back into our inventory and you will receive a store credit for the exact sale amount.
