TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For sanitary reason and due to the nature of the items we sell, unfortunately all transactions are final. No refunds, returns or exchange.
There are certain situations where only refunds are granted (if applicable with management's discretion)
Any item that is delivered damaged or with missing parts, please leave product untouched/unused and contact us immediately (1-2 days after package arrives) at (212) 627-5197 or email us at email@example.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card statement, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturer. If you need to exchange an item(s), please contact us immediately via phone (212)-627-5194 or email us at email@example.com.
A Couple More Things
Unfortunately, we do not price match and refunds are not applicable if purchased item is found elsewhere for a different price. We are a small business in New York, we hope you can understand.
American Express security deposits will have a 3% surcharge applied.
