SHIPPING METHODS
If your address is within our courier delivery area then an option will appear to select that service. Typically up to 20 miles from our store or warehouse. Once checkout completes our delivery team will coordinate any hand delivery requests and specific times that work.
Choose one of our 2 locations to pick up your merchandise. Have your confirmation ready when you arrive. Orders that are not picked up within 72 hours will be canceled, and will incur a 5% transaction fee, unless arrangements are made to extend pickup time. We will send out multiple notifications to your preferred contact method 24, 48 and 72 hours to give you an opportunity to extend your pickup window. Call, email or chat with us. Please note during the month of October, there could be longer than usual wait times for our team to return your request.
Rental items are excluded due to scheduled pickup times beyond the 72 hours your order was placed, however failure to pickup at your scheduled pickup time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
We offer Ground, Expedited 2nd Day, Next Day options all (excluding weekends). The price will vary depending on the items in your cart. We also offer free shipping when you meet a certain dollar threshold. Some discounts may disqualify free shipping offers. Please note all delivery times are based on weekdays and no holidays. For example, if you order 1-3 day shipping, and order on Wednesday, your order could arrive by Monday since weekends are not included in delivery times. If Monday falls on a holiday then delivery would be pushed to Tuesday if shipping company has special holiday restrictions.
Most products can be shipped anywhere in the world. They do not include any customs or duties unless clearly indicated. Each amount is different depending on your country. We have no control over that.
SHIPPING CUT OFF
All products are shipped by 2pm eastern. If your order is placed after that time, you may pick up locally at our store, or call to see if there is still time.
