SAME-DAY LOCAL DELIVERY

We now offer affordable local same-day delivery for select areas in or near NYC or Wall, NJ at checkout. Delivery usually occurs within 2-3 hours, subject to inventory availability and specific time ordered. Costs depend on items & distance.

If you live in an area we service, a same-day delivery option will appear at checkout once you’ve filled out the shipping address field, where you will see the costs prior to checkout. Once the order is placed and ready to be picked up by a courier from one of our local delivery partners, you will be able to select a time that works for you. You may also provide special instructions such as “leave at front desk”, “leave with door person”, etc. 

If your order is placed past 5PM or requires an inventory transfer, you may be notified during checkout that same-day delivery will not be available until the following day. 

Same-day delivery requests may also incur additional processing time during store events and holidays. Either way, you can always give us a call for an ETA!


Local IN-STORE PICKUP NYC or NJ Warehouse

Most of our items may be ordered online and picked up from our flagship store OR warehouse within 24 hours. If an order is placed outside of our operating hours, or requires an inventory transfer, it may take additional time to fulfill. 

Please check the item’s description for shipping disclaimers, especially if it’s something heavy, fragile, or custom made. Not everything is available for pickup, and a very small number of items are not available for shipping.

If your preferred time slot isn’t available when you go to check out, give us a call and let us know if you need it sooner.

Receiving an order confirmation means we received your order, it does not mean your pickup order is ready to be picked up! You will receive a second email when we’ve successfully fulfilled it.

While we make every effort to guarantee your order is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner, there may be hiccups, such as other customers buying your items right as the order is placed. If we can’t fulfill every part of your order by the designated time slot, we’ll contact you immediately.

There is a 30 day grace period from the date your order is filled. If you have not picked it up within 30 days, the order will be canceled and you will be sent a store credit for the sale amount. The store credit is valid for 60 days from the date it’s issued.

SHIPPING METHODS

USA

We offer Ground, Expedited 2nd Day, Next Day options (excluding weekends). Rates may vary depending on the items in your cart and where they are being shipped to. We also offer free shipping when you meet a certain dollar threshold. Please note all delivery times are based on weekdays that are non-holidays. For example, if you order 1-3 day shipping, and order on Wednesday, your order could arrive by Monday since weekends are not included in delivery times. Please note that we cannot be responsible for adverse weather conditions delays, carrier issues or package theft that is beyond our control when tracking clearly shows delivery, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL
Most of our products can be shipped anywhere in the world. Prices do not reflect any customs or duties and may vary based on your country’s regulations. 
All orders are shipped same day or the following business day Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Cutoff for same-day shipping is 2PM EST. 

You can contact us for an update on your order progress, but we have no control over the estimated arrival time once the package is dropped off.

Our carriers DO NOT require a signature. If you are not home, the package will be left at the address provided.

Some orders (such as rentals and age-restricted products) may require you to provide additional information before they process, so please check your email for updates after placing an order!

SHIPPING CUT OFF - 2pm Eastern
All products are shipped by 2pm eastern. If your order is placed after that time, you may pick up locally at our store, or call to see if there is still time.

  • All deliveries and pick up are pending approval and merchandise availability.
  • All orders ship same or next business day, Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
  • Contact store for express shipping options.
  • Standard orders shipped may be delivered on Saturday if offered by your local post office.
  • Standard shipping typically arrives in 3 business days. Rural and remote areas may incur longer delivery times.
  • Our carriers DO NOT require a signature. If you are not home, the package will be left at your address.
  • Watch for emails from our company. Check your spam folder, as our emails do sometimes end up there. We may need additional information to process your order.
  • Pick up orders items that are not collected within 90 days of original purchase date will be restocked. Please contact store if additional pick up days are needed.
  • International shipping customs duties fee and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Abracadabra is not responsible for any of these charges.  


MERCHANDISE PICKUP DEADLINES
When ordering and paying by phone or via internet on our website, we will hold your products for a maximum of 45 days from the time of purchase. If you have not come to pick up merchandise or made other arrangements for shipping items to you by 45 days, those items will be placed back into our inventory and you will receive a store credit for the exact sale amount.
