Though during the pioneer days, they were also a popular way for frontiers men and mountain men to extend the shelf life of pork for long days on the trail. Of course, a pork pie was made in a specially shaped pan with its own stylish shape. In time, haberdashers came to realize it was easier to shape a hat like it than it was to make a ten gallon cowboy hat, and the Pork Pie hat like this one was born. It was so popular, that this style of hat even made it all the way to the early decades of the 20th century.

We offer Ground, Expedited 2nd Day, Next Day options all (excluding weekends). The price will vary depending on the items in your cart. We also offer free shipping when you meet a certain dollar threshold. Please note all delivery times are based on weekdays. For example, if you order 1-3 day shipping, and order on Wednesday, your order could arrive by Monday since weekends are not included in delivery times.
