Wrong product

My honest review is that the freddy Krueger glove that I picked up from your store on Halloween day was made of very cheap quality where you could see the glue holding it together, and one if the fingers was even bent, the claws were not very authentic looking and the hand looked more like a werewolf hand rather than a freddy claw ... I didn't notice it until the next day but the glove yall gave me was completely different from the one that I ordered! I do not live close by your shop so it will be difficult for me to request a refund, and I lost my receipt as well, so now I'm just stuck with a cheap version of what should have been a nice add on to a Halloween costume!
