The Fever tinsel jacket is poorly made, looks shabby (not chic). I wasn't expecting couture, but the quality is so poor, that the jacket is unwearable. Right out of the package, the tinsel fringes were falling off in great number. When worn, the fringes don't cover the blue lining underneath, leaving gaping bare spots. This jacket was very overpriced for what it is. Since it is unusable, I am requesting a refund.
