He is forced to wear it because his face is seen as horrific to people. In the book, it is seen that Erik only removes the mask in significant areas of his life. He only reveals his face when he needs to and for specific purposes that varies. His story is epic.This phantom mask is identical to the one in the book; it is designed to cover half of a person's face.

We also offer free shipping when you meet a certain dollar threshold. Please note all delivery times are based on weekdays. For example, if you order 1-3 day shipping, and order on Wednesday, your order could arrive by Monday since weekends are not included in delivery times.
