In nature, Mistletoe is a leathery-leaved parasitic plant that grows on apple, oak, and other broadleaf trees. It tends to bear white glutinous berries in winter which is an oddity in the northern hemisphere at that time of year. Somewhere along with the line people adopted this tradition of two people being required to kiss anytime the both of them stood under a mistletoe display. This has spurned many a great joke with timely placement and has gotten more than a few couples their first kiss. This take on the Mistletoe tradition requires a little bit more of strict adherence to the rules.
This take on Mistletoe attaches a fake sprig of the winter-bearing plant onto a belt, which lets you put a creative spin on an arguably outdated holiday tradition.
