There are some terminology quibbles in medieval Norse nomenclature. While most people today refer to the sea-born Scandinavian raiders of the Medieval Warm Period as being “Vikings” the truth is these people didn’t call themselves that. Instead, when they went out raiding they would say that they were going A-Viking. The term stuck so well that it is used to this day, and there are even sports teams named after them.

We also offer free shipping when you meet a certain dollar threshold. Please note all delivery times are based on weekdays. For example, if you order 1-3 day shipping, and order on Wednesday, your order could arrive by Monday since weekends are not included in delivery times.
