It got everywhere and I couldn’t breath

I tried not to breathe when my boyfriend was spraying my body in the shower and somehow we both ingested it :( we coughed up blue paint particles and it travels through air so so easily it floated through the vents and under the door basically u can’t see it on surfaced but if u wipe it paint will come off😳
