During the American Revolutionary War and the War of 1812 British soldiers tended to wear red coats like this one as part of their official uniform. When you consider how many of these historical scenes are replayed in historical reenactments and school plays, it only makes sense to have a red coat like this one in your costume department.

A Red Coat Made With Quality

The original “Red Coats” that British soldiers wore back in the 18th and early 19th century were made from itchy, heavy wool, which is nightmarishly uncomfortable by today’s standards. Fortunately, this costume Red Coat is made from special polyester-based fabrics that are soft and breathable. It’s also worth noting that this child Redcoat costume includes jacket with attached vest, cravat, chest belt, and boot tops. Shoes and sword not included. Hat and wig sold separately. It is available in youth medium, large and extra-large sizes to fit most young actors.

We also offer free shipping when you meet a certain dollar threshold. Please note all delivery times are based on weekdays. For example, if you order 1-3 day shipping, and order on Wednesday, your order could arrive by Monday since weekends are not included in delivery times.
