Hat & Cat Not Included

This Classic Witch costume harkens as if it jumped off the screen of the Wizard of Oz. It is made from 100% high-quality polyester like you find in a lot of professional costume departments in the film industry. It comes with a Black fitted top, a skirt with a front slit. The top has back zipper the skirt has a waist tie for adjustable comfort. It is available in women’s sizes small, medium and large to fit most feminine figures.
