There are few things more gruesome and sickening than a severed human head scene. The problem is that a lot of Hollywood horror movies just show the head itself. There is a quick cut away from a traumatic scene and then the static head goes rolling away like someone dropped a pumpkin or a basketball with hair glued to it. Finally, someone dared to imagine the other, much larger half of the equation, which is the remaining body.

One of the interesting things about this Decapitated Man prop is that it is set up to look like a male human torso that has been either strung up or stretched out on a rack. While there are visceral details to suggest modest trauma and the fact that the head was clearly removed in a violent fashion, the rest of the torso and arms is left relatively clean for you to apply your own unique brand of special effects magic.
