To reserve any item, once you pay, you may choose to have your item held in our store at 19 West 21st Street New York, NY 10010 until you are ready to pick it up. Pick up orders items that are not collected within 90 days of original purchase date will be restocked. Please contact store if additional pick up days are needed.
SAME DAY SHIPPING MONDAY - FRIDAY BEFORE 2pm
All deliveries and pick up are pending approval and merchandise availability. All orders ship same or next business day, Monday-Friday excluding holidays. We can ship same day within NYC using courier service, or we offer ground, expedited, 2nd day and next day overnight.
Contact store for express shipping options. Standard orders shipped may be delivered on Saturday if offered by your local post office. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3 business days. Rural and remote areas may incur longer delivery times. Our carriers DO NOT typically require a signature. If you are not home, the package will be left at your address. Watch for emails from our company. Check your spam folder, as our emails do sometimes end up there. We may need additional information to process your order.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card statement, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturer. If you need to exchange an item(s), please contact us immediately.
