Clan-Na-Hoot-Te was a famous Apache medicine man who eventually went on to sell his own bottled medicine. While modern day medicine might question its effectiveness, it was far more effective for curing what ails you than a lot of the snake oil being peddled in the United States at that time. So, it’s no wonder why things like this Old Apache Medicine Bottle still hold a place in cultural consciousness to this day.

Props For The Apothecary

One of the great things about this Old Apache Medicine Bottle prop is that it looks just like the kind you would find on an apothecary or pharmacy shelves in the 1880s. It was the cure for anything that ailed you. Of course, this one doesn’t have any actual medicine the bottle and the labeling certainly look real enough to play the part in a stage production or a scene set.
