Arrived quick! Arrived fast and I know how New Yorkers are about getting things done because my mother is from Bethpaige Long Island, trust me, I know! Im from Palo Alto San Francisco California and big cities always get it done right! Great service guys!
Thank you!
Much love to the big apple!
What I love the most is the way it was shipped and well packaged.
Amazing mask by the way.
So cute!
I mean it’s just a bag
Great product loved it
Properly boned and lined. Perhaps a little long for my 5'4" body's torso, but I'd recommend this corset to serious owners of curves.
Excellent quality hat pins! Well-made, look great, and exactly as described. Very satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend!
Last week when I stopped by to look around the store. So I was looking for a light up pumpkin. But I couldn't find anything like that. Then I ask someone at customer service desk to help me out. Then they had found I was looking for so anyway this place has very good customer service. I'll coming back there to shop again thank you again have a good week take care.
Love this costume! Made well, fits well, accessories (the tail) great too! Fast shipping and care with the order.
The bag is sturdy and definitely reusable. great depth.
Loved my box of goodies that I purchased through Abracadabra Halloween store. They did not disappoint me at all.
I needed a sort-of-specific costume at the last minute. The folks in the rental department were incredibly helpful, creative, and a pleasure to deal with. And the costume was a hit!
I haven’t received my order. Please confirm shipment
Team was able to correct the shipping address and save Halloween.
I ordered contacts online to pick up in the store. They looked a bit lighter in person than online, but they worked well with my costume.
No! I do not recommend your store! I ordered the mask on 10/25, it was supposed to be shipped on 10/26, arriving on the 29th, no later than the 30th. The delivery was guaranteed by Promise. I have yet to receive the mask. And from what it looks like, UPS still hasn’t received the package. It looks like it’s still in YOUR possession. Thanks for ruining my Halloween!!!
Great selection of products, very unhelpful and unfriendly customer service.
Loved hearing your stories at the mask section, have enjoyed resharing with friends and family hence.
The staff is always as quirky as they are helpful!! This shop is a treasure, and it's so immersive and full of fun products. I especially love the wig and makeup departments. I to love to see more krylon products, lashes, and individual costume accessories.
