Glowing eyes and an animated head make this indoor Swinging Chuckles the Clown Talking Animated Prop a spooky sight to behold. This prop utters menacing comments when he's activated, using either steady-on mode, infrared sensor, or step pad. The infra-red sensor works up to 6.5 feet away and works in all lighting conditions- bright light to no light! Made with polyester, hemp rope and plastic, this prop features volume control and comes with a UL power cord and step activation pad. Assembly required. Measures approximately 62" H x 16" W x 18" D. Note: Item must be shipped to a physical address, no P.O. boxes.

We also offer free shipping when you meet a certain dollar threshold. Please note all delivery times are based on weekdays. For example, if you order 1-3 day shipping, and order on Wednesday, your order could arrive by Monday since weekends are not included in delivery times.
